Does anybody have any idea why I keep getting a download failure when I try to reset my laptop via the cloud download?
This is a brand new device and I feel like I’ve tried literally everything.

There are 2 ways. The way I’m referring to in this post is as follows:
go to “recovery options” in your windows settings. Click “reset this pc”… Go through the prompts and you will have an option to either reinstall from local save or download from the cloud.
that particular option is not working for me therefore I am now trying to reinstall with the HP Cloud recovery tool
