HP Recommended

I have tried to reset my HP laptop that has windows 11 to no avail. It recently did a surprise auto update and now it gives me an endless boot with the please wait message.  but will not reset. Can someone please HELP?

You'll have to use the HP cloud recovery tool on another PC to create a bootable USB recovery drive to restore the original HP factory image on the drive.
