Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello there.

Today morning, I opened my pc and I'm greeted with no text for all my desktop icons, some of them are incomplete and blacked out. I looked up some other threads where similar problems are being solved using a system file checker using cmd. However, i cannot even see the text on cmd so im unable to run the sfc code. 

Please help. I need my pc for my online classes.
