Product: HP Pavilion - 15-cc060wm

My son's laptop may have died. I've got as far as to start it and a couple of black screen pop up. They disappeared too fast for me to see what was on them, but it looks like something that pops up when going into the C drive. I am not very computer savy, so please bear with me.  Turned off and restarted 2-3 times trying to catch the black screens but they didnot reappear. The hp Recovery Manager shows (don't know where it came from or how it got started) with : Restoration Incomplete.  Retry does nothing different. I brought up details - started with zero because it was in this part.

HP Recommended

Got an IT person to look at it. Hard drive is fried and battery is bloated. He's going to see what else and how much to repair. My son never noted it may have been super hot at any time. KIDS!!!
