HELP! So it started with the memory being full and i couldn't figure out why, so i went to the task manager and saw all these Microsoft things taking up so much space, i googled it and i read it was safe to remove some stuff, i know now that was stupid, but now my laptop cannot access the internet anymore because it is stuck in airplane mode, i tried all troubleshooting and i cant take it off and now it says i have no drivers, is there a cd or something i can get to install them without the internet, or how can i get this fixed, can i just do a factory reset? Will that take off windows? i don't have any files on there that i need or want so i'm good with that being deleted. Thanks in advance for any help or advice.

Hi:
Before you resort to a factory reset (which may or may not fix the problem), download the wifi driver you need from another PC, copy it to a USB flash drive, plug the flash drive into your PC and install the wifi driver that way.

Ugh!
HP must have removed that file from the server for some reason or another.
Use this one instead...I tested it and it downloads.

Thank you so much. I was finally able to put it on a flash drive and then download it to my laptop but it still won’t let me get out of airplane mode. The driver is showing as on my computer so I’m not sure what to do ☹️
