Pavilion 15-au111tx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello! I am using Windows 10 64 bit insider preview on HP pavilion 15-au111tx. Currently, my bios version is Insyde F.55. I downloaded F.56 Rev.A as per the suggested update from the official support page. But while updating " The bios update is blocked on this device" is seen. Refer to the attached snaps. Is there any workaround for this?BIOS UPDATE UTILITY SCREEN.jpgsysinfo.jpg

the computer already has windows 10 originally, maybe unrelated, but everything else looks ok

Is it due to bios mode set to legacy?

Sorry, I can't tell you for sure
Normally what is checked is the model of the computer, the SSID of the bios, I do not know if this could be the cause of your problem!
