HP Recommended

HP Envy 2023. Windows 11 Pro.  Version 23H2.  OS build 22631.4541  13th Gen Intel i7, 64 GB ram. 

 

 Very little space used on hard drives.  When I try to update WIndows or the Bios, I get an error message that says "This PC doesn't currently meet Windows 11 system requirements.  Here's why:  We couldn't update the system reserved partition."

 

When I went into disk management, all of the partitions were 100% free.  C drive is 87% free.  

 

Please help.  Thank you.
