Can the HP laptop 15-dy5399nr 7L8E2UA be upgraded to Windows 11 Pro?

It comes with Windows 11 Home installed.

Does it have a TPM (Trusted Platform Module) 2.0 chip?

In order for a notebook that fully meets all of Microsoft's hardware requirements to have any version of W11 installed, it must have a TPM 2.0 device.

 

You can find the TPM 2.0 device by going to the device manager, click to expand the Security devices category and you should see the TPM 2.0 device listed there.
