I don't have alternate contact details, especially now that I'm in a lockdown. I have however resent the details. The contact details are fine since I have been regularly receiving emails and phone calls, even from far flung places during this time of relief work. So they should definitely be able to reach me on the id and number provided to you.
I understand that things are slow because of the global pandemic, but I would appreciate honesty in case of a delay to get to my issue than ignoring it altogether.

Absolutely no one has contacted me. This has been going on for close to two months now. Can you guys help or not? I am not sure why you'd put me through this further delay tactics? I don't see why I have to be patient anymore.
I was given no details about the no cancellation policy. I couldn't even communicate with your outsourced company to cancel the order although all communication came from them; from an id that couldn't be sent a reply. And neither hp nor ipsoft tool any responsibly of the order because each pointed to the other. The perks of outsourcing for big companies obviously.
But I ended up paying for something I didn't even ask for initially and would have definitely not ordered had i anyway been told about the apparent no cancellation policy.
This is crazy and I'm sure in violation of many consumer rights
And now you've been saying we'll get back to you for two months.

Hi! Remember me? So I waited really long now. And I can see that the HP team has been regularly aiding others. I am wondering why it is only my complaint that is yet to get a response. Please let me know if India is a lo priority country with zero laws protecting consumer rights and therefore I can get fleeced my third party companies and HP won't be liable. I'd probably understand that, what baffles me is HP's silence on my complaint.
