Hope someone will say a fix for this...
Does HP 14-r219tx running Windows 8.1 64bit can read 128gb microSDXC card? because...
My Sandisk Extreme Pro 128gb microSDXC (exfat formatted) can't detect by my laptop using built-in sd adapter nor a usb 2.0 card reader.
When using built-in sd adapter, nothing showing up. But in properties of realtek pcie, it says " this device is working properly " when connected.
When using card reader and connected to usb port, there's no visible drive showing in My Computer. In disk management, there's a visible drive but it says " no media".
When I choose hidden file to show up, I can see the drive but there's no disk.
I can see usb mass storage in devices and printer. When I'm about to troubleshoot it, problems found " USB Mass Storage Device is an older device and might not work with usb 3.0.
Plug the device into an available USB 2.0 port, and click Next. Otherwise, click Cancel. Then when troubleshoot has completed, USB Mass Storage Device can't work properly with USB 3.0.
I already did:
* Updating Realtek PCIE Card Reader driver into the latest version.
* Used a different card reader.
* Updating my laptop's BIOS into the latest version.
* Refresh PC.
* SFC /SCANNOW returned no error.
* Uninstalling all entries under Universal Serial Bus in Device Manager then restart.
When I'm trying different microSD which is 128mb only, it can read by my laptop using the SD adapter and USB 2.0 Card Reader.
Please help me!!!

@jhun12 Welcome to HP Community!
here's what I found about the memory card compatibility:
There are new SD, mini SD, and micro SD card formats on the market with the SDHC or SDXC logo. These formats might not be compatible with your HP product.
There are some SD cards on the market that do not fully comply with SD card specifications.
If you have trouble using your SD card, try a different brand or an older card version.
