Cannot Install windows 10. Could you help me with this.

The spec page for that model indicates it came with Windows 10 installed.  Please indicate what process is being attempted and what has happened to cause it to fail.

You can do a fresh install of Windows 10 by making the install media directly from Microsoft

To download the most up-to-date Windows 10 the place to get that is here

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

With a working PC, scroll down to the "Using the tool to create installation media"
and follow the directions to make the installation media on a DVD or USB.
Then with new media, install Windows 10 on the problem PC by booting to this new media.
Pick custom install and wipe the SSD drive then reinstall Windows 10.
When it asks for the product key, click I do not have the key and proceed.
It will activate when the OS connects to the internet.
