HP Recommended

I got a brand new laptop and linked my Microsoft account to it. Now I cannot access the start menu, any of the settings, I cannot connect to internet, I cannot perform a factory reset.

Use the HP cloud recovery tool and another PC to create a bootable USB recovery drive to factory reset the notebook.
