Using the hp support site gives me ...

"There is no software or drivers available for your product."

Can anyone link me to the bios update file for a  15-ab114tx laptop p4x76pa?

Im currently getting a BSOD with "acpi bios error"  when trying to boot windows or windows installer.

I hope reflashing the bios will fix this issue.

Fixed it,  Turned the TPM off (hidden) in the bios and system boots ok.

Tpm errors present in linux kernel log sent me in the right direction.

Yeah it flashed ok from bios recovery, but still "acpi bios error" when trying to boot windows.

Linux boots ok, but has kernel warnings which look related to the discrete gpu, i suspect that has failed. It is an old machine.

all you do is update the drivers with the OS and the bios can remain the same.
