Cannot log in and HP Stream is not listing, Forgot PIN. System was set-up with a phone number.

Cannot log into HP Stream laptop. It does NOT give an option to reset PIN. New system may have not have been set-up correctly and a phone number was entered instead of an e-mail address. PIN was forgotten and not able to reset. I could not find the computer in Microsoft Account using her e-mail address and password.
