Cannot login to HP Stream 7

No keyboard on login.  Tried resetting (turn off, hold volume down and power, choose F11 to reset) but no joy.  Cannot reset and still no keyboard.  Used to login with pin # but now only wants password,  but no keyboard.

I understand that you are unable to login to HP Stream 7.

As you have mentioned that you have already tried to perform the recovery. Not able to perform. 

I suggest you contact our phone support.

Here is how you can get in touch with phone support.

1)Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
