Product: HP ZBook Power 15.6 inch G10 Mobile Workstation PC (7C3M3AV)

Hi, I used by my email account to set up the new laptop. After restarting, I cannot login using the passwords. I suspect the laptop either has been locked due to my too many times of trying, or there is a typo in my email account when setting it up. Please help.
