Product: hp 2000 notebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)
Hi all,
As I try to dowload and open a powerpoint on my laptop, I get the error message
POWERPNT.EXE - System Error
The program can´t start because VCRUNTIME140.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.
Can someone tell me what that means what is that program how do I uninstall and then reintall it?

Powerpoint is a Microsoft product, please use the following forum
Have you tried to reinstall product as mentioned "Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem" on the error message ?
Regards.
