Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I have not been able to boot to a bootable USB drive configured with the windows 10 operating system.  Using the "Boot Menu F9" when I use a Linux boot device no issues it boots to it.  I have turned off and shut down secured boot and TPM has no effect on the booting issue.

 

Any help/ or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Please use the following tool and save as ISO file. After that, you can mount ISO file as DVD and run Setup from there

Hello.

I have done that. what ever I have tried, with regards to Windows download and utility, the computer will not boot to it, is what the problem I am having with this computer.  I went into BIOS changed boot order, enabled USB option, boot order to reflect first boot option to be the USB device. The only time I could boot to a USB device is when the USB device was formatted with a Linux boot.  I also turned off TPM in the security section and disabled "secure boot" in the boot section of the BIOS.
