HP Pavilion Laptop PC 15-eg0000 (45W38AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

My laptop goes into auto repair mode every time I turn it on.  It then reports the problem cant be fixed.  Using hotkey f11 to open recovery environment,  I cannot use any of the options eg startup repair , system reinstall etc.  All require a bitlocker password.  I do not have a bit locker password.  I cannot get one from Microsoft.

So i used MS media creation tool to create an installation on USB.  When I try and install the new windows 11 on the laptop the installation program cannot find any drives on my laptop.

Is there any way to reset to factory using hotkeys without bitlocker getting in the way.  I have not changed any of the hardware in the laptop though MS bitlocker seems to think my hard drive has been stolen?
