In setting up windows hello I can take a picture and then when it goes to set up a pin number I put in the number and the screen goes away. I had this set up when I first got the laptop. The computer froze up about 5 months ago and I had to send it in and they replaced the mother board and battery. Now I am unable to set up the windows hello feature. This feature is one of the reasons for buying this model
