I finally got Support Assistant reinstalled on my system but I can't log in or find a way to reset my password. I keep being sent to a page that says I need to log in with my Assistant.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. 

 

I'd like to help!

 

Open the HP Support Assistant

Click the Profile icon on the main menu

Enter your UserID for your HP Connected / HP Smart / HP account login

Enter the password

Click whether you want to remain signed in

Click the Sign-in button

 

Account?  This may all be the same account - if you don't have another HP account besides the one you used here (on the community), use that Userid and password.
