Microsoft Windows 11

I recently updated to Windows 11 and having some problem with SPM related features:

1. Cannot enable or configure Sure Run and Sure Recover
2. Cannot Unprovision SPM

Client Security Manager tells "Critical configuration data has been clear due to system changes" if i try to change any Sure Run/Sure Recover settings, and won't save any changes.
Trying to unprovision SPM from UEFI won't do anything, SPM will just stay provisioned.

So far I've tried:
1. Reset Windows

2. Update UEFI and all the other possible HP software
3. Reset UEFI settings to factory default
4. Reset UEFI Security settings without clearing TPM
5. Reset UEFI Security settings and clear TPM
6. Clear secure boot keys
7. Reinstall Windows, drivers and HP software using HP Cloud Recovery(both Win10 and Win11)

I'm thinking that something has gone wrong with SPM and it's causing all the problems with Sure Run/Sure Recover. is there any way to reset or clear the SPM completely? clearing TPM didn't help, at least i'd like to know where exactly this SPM data is stored. does it have its own memory?

I contacted to HP tech support but unfortuantely they couldn't come up with any soultion.
I would appreciate ANY help.

Hello

in BIOS setting interface , F10 at power-on, you should find SPM unprovisioning. I did it a lot of time.

Did you see that option ?

is it greyed-out or available ?

bye

Yes, "Unprovision SPM" option, it's not greyed out and selectable,

but even if i select it, nothing would happen. No changes, no messages, not a single change on the screen.

I think it just fails to unprovision SPM.
