Product: HP Spectre x360 13.5 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 14-ef0000 (3Y838AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

As my touch screen stopped working, I try to upgrade the BIOS hoping that will fix the problem.

 

But I'm not able to upgrade the BIOS as there is a mismatch between the System Board ID I see in the BIOS setup screen (8940) versus the ID of the BIOS files that I can download from the HP support site (0893E). 

 

The windows tool does not let me upgrade, nor can I upgrade with the 'windows-key + B' method.

 

Can anyone point me to the correct BIOS upgrade files for my board?
