Operating System: Chrome OS

Hey, I have an hp chromebook x360 and this morning when I tried logging in, it said something went wrong. So I looked up a fix and tried reseting my password which didnt work and then powerwashed my chromebook which also didnt fix the problem. I have no clue what to do now and am scared my computer is permanently broken.
