The only other Wi-Fi device that I can think of that W10/W11 doesn't have the drivers for is the MediaTek wifi adapter.
See if this driver works:
MediaTek Wireless LAN Driver
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp147501-148000/sp147949.exe
If that one doesn't work either for some reason...Go to the device manager.
If the Wi-Fi adapter needs a driver, there will be a device listed in the device manager labeled as a Network Controller.
Find the Network controller device, and post the hardware ID for it so I can figure out what model it is, since it must not be a Realtek model.
