Product: HP Stream Laptop 14-cb0XX
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The computer barely works and is really slow. I want to factory reset it so I can be able to recycle it and buy a new one. I tried resetting it five times and each time it said a problem occurred and no changes were made. What do I do?

You can do a FRESH install and CLEAR everything using the following way

             

                 https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

 

to create ISO file then mount ISO file as DVD drive and run Setup from there

 

       mount.png

 

to perform a FRESH install Windows 10. Machine will activate W10 itself when it comes online using the key in BIOS.
