Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have checked the system all have passed, I've tried f11 and I don't have all the same options displayed to choose from.  Nothing has worked.  I do not have a USB with the software.  I have windows 10 an online subscription and I do not have anything saved on there.  What can I do next?

Windows 10 is not a subscription product.  If your laptop came with it preloaded, the license fee was included in the price.  Microsoft does not charge for continued upgrades to Windows 10.

 

You need to tell us what happens when you try to login.
