Hi! Im trying to get into my laptop I haven't used in a couple yrs but cant remember my password. Its a google account, have already gone through google to recover my password but will take "3-5 business days" to get back to me... Whatever happened to the security question section??? Is there an online chat for tech support anywhere?

I sorry you are locked out.  Three to five days is a long time to wait - I would guess the wait time has to do with securing your identity (or really for whatever Google wants).

Those of us who do not work for HP cannot provide login breach information.  We abide by guidelines to protect your privacy and ownership.  We cannot verify ownership of the device.

Our community is a volunteer organization - always has been.  We are not Hp Technical Support.

You can take the computer to an authorized, licensed Microsoft technician.  Authorized licensed Microsoft technicians have the necessary tools to help you regain access to your computer.  Be ready to provide proof of ownership.

Be aware that anyone who contacts you directly as a result of your request for "chat" may not be who they claim.  Be careful about giving out any personal information - and certainly do not give out your credit card to someone who calls / contacts you claiming, "Sure, we can help."  It just does not work that way.

Locked out of your computer?  FYI
