hi, id like to completely remove all from 1 TB SSD (windows 10 home) and install windows 10 pro or UBUNTU. But it not let me to do it. when i tried to install windows 10 pro when it came to choose place to install it didnt see ssd?
can u help me please?

Hi:
If you try to clean install W10 Pro, you are going to end up with a clean install of W10 Home again.
That is because the W10 Home product key in the BIOS trumps any other product key you may have.
See the info below for how to upgrade from Home to Pro...there are two ways...
To upgrade, select the Start button, then select Settings > Update & Security > Activation .
If you have a digital license for Windows 10 Pro, and Windows 10 Home is currently activated on your device, you'll see one of two messages when you select Go to Microsoft Store:
If you see Install, select the button to install Windows 10 Pro.
If you see Buy, you may need to purchase a Windows 10 Pro license. Or, try to sign in to Microsoft Store with the Microsoft account that was used to purchase the Pro license. Then, follow the instructions to install Windows 10.
Select the Start button, then select Settings > Update & Security > Activation .
Select Change product key, and then enter the 25-character Windows 10 Pro product key.
Select Next to start the upgrade to Windows 10 Pro.
As to why Windows won't see any drives...there is an extra step required to install Windows on PC's with the 11th gen core processors such as yours...

The Intel Rapid Storage Technology is designed to provide functionality for the Intel Storage Controllers. The driver improves Serial ATA (SATA) disk performance with Native Command Queuing.

There is another thing I don't understand in that document, and that is where HP tells you to right click on the Intel driver file and select Extract to
When I ran through the steps, I don't get an Extract to option when I right click on the file.
So, if you have the same issue, download and install the free 7-zip file utility from the link below.
The 2nd file at the top of the page is for 64 bit.
Then you can right click on the exe file, select 7-Zip from the menu, and select Extract to: and let it extract the file into its folder name (sp109000), and copy that folder to your USB flash drive, and continue with the instructions.
If the above driver still doesn't allow Windows to see the drive, see if this version of the IRST storage driver works that I have zipped up and attached below.
This has no F6 folder.
The drivers are visible after you unzip the file and open the folder.

You're very welcome.
If you have already removed Windows, then follow my procedure to install Windows by inserting the storage drivers.
Then if you end up with W10 Home, you can change the product key to the Pro one that you have.
