Product: HP ENVY x360 15m-eu0 Convertible PC (267R7AV)

When I type on my laptop now, there is a gray box that appears whenver I turn on/off Caps Lock in the middle of my screen. No attempts to turn it off have succeeded, and I can't type with a giant distraction in the middle of my screen
