Thank you for the reply … this is my solution!!!…. before making a usb recovery bios?!?!…. Always erase and clean the usb from everything… making it brand new !!! It is a manual how to that … and if you can’t ?? Just buy a new one !!! And than go to the go manual bios recovery usb … and follow the manual !!! And make the usb recovery bios !!! And recover the bios !!! I did that and everything is fine !!! Hp computer served me well 10 years and my pc is still relevant!!! I’m happy with features and technology!!!! They didn’t let me down!!!
