Hi,

 

Please help. i am facing the same issue, plus some other keys which I managed to find out that cannot work, and there might be even more which i have yet to discover. I am typing this with the help of on-screen keyboard too. Please help, appreciate it, thx.

I run a Component Test and these are the results:

As seen, the white and orange keys are not functioning. Please take a look at these and advise on what to do, appreciate the help, thks.

This is a hardware issue with the Keyboard and it needs to be replaced

 

Please contact HP Support for Service Options
