Product: HP Notebook x2 - 10-p015tu
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
This x2 has 2 disks. The default C drive is only 32GB and the second disk is about 400GB (Toshiba). My C dive is running out of space and I use Acronis to clone the OS to the bigger disk. When I boot from the Toshiba, the Recovery screen appears. How can I fix this?

I quit using Acronis years ago due to problems like this.
What I suggest is that you contact Macrium Reflect to download and install their product and create a Rescue USB Stick.
With this, you can boot your laptop and rewrite the boot files to the larger drive.
After that, the laptop should boot without issues.
