The hard drive has failed so replaced it with another (added a SSD this time) tests show HD & Memory working okay
But trying to get into the BIOS page but it wont go into it. I can get into Boot manager ( but nothing showing) & it shows press F10 to BIOS setup options but F10 does nothing?
Any suggestions?

Can you get to the F9 boot options menu?
That's all you need so you can boot your W10 installation media from a USB flash drive to reinstall Windows on the new SSD.
Turn on the PC. Immediately tap the ESC key to get the menu of options, select the F9 boot options menu, select the W10 USB flash drive and press the enter key.
Select the (U)EFI flash drive, not the legacy one.
The PC should boot from the flash drive and begin to load the Windows setup files.
