Replaced hard drive, recovered Windows via USB flash drive but recovery failed:

 

Can not figure out how to attached the HP_SSRD_LOG.zip file for your review. There are a lot of data in the log files.

Sorry, but there must be something corrupted on the USB image you used to load Windows -- and that is something we HERE can not correct.

 

Also, we do not have the resources here to troubleshoot error logs.

Rebuilt the USB Flash drive 3 times from 3 differt computers, process contiunes to fail after all software loads after about 30 minutes. Windows not loading process fails,

suspect Windows backup software from HP corrupt. Still working the issue.

Sorry, but not allowed to comment on the HP Software -- but my own experience is that built-in solutions tend not to be reliable.

 

Which is why I always use Macrium Reflect to do full backups.  I've been using it for years, across a dozen PCs, and never had it fail me once.  Highly recommend it.
