Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, everyone.

I recently purchased an HP Envy x360 laptop in China. It goes with the pre-installed Windows Home 10 SL (Chinese).

I tried to install Windows Home 10 SL (English) on it, but the activation did not accept the original OEM activation key.

Is there a way for me to somehow deactivate the original OEM key and get a new OEM key for the same Windows 10 Home edition but the English one?

Did you try a fresh install by downloading windows 10 to USB drive and installing it? After that you can add the new windows license key.

I tried dowloading and installing pure Windows 10 Home Single language (English) from my USB flash drive. The system didn't activate itself automatically and when I manually entered my OEM key to activate it, it didn't accept it. What do you mean by a 'new key'?
