Hello,
I bought this laptop on a selling app called Mercari, and just received it yesterday through mail delivery. It has no serious problems when it comes to functioning, but the battery does go down a trifle fast which I was made aware of. I don't want to replace the battery because its not too big of a problem, but the main problem is that there was no charger included which I also was made aware of.
I didn't think finding a charger would be too hard because my Grandmother has an HP. But I noticed the plug was much too small to go into the charge port of the laptop, and was a bit baffled. Due to this, I have no idea what charger to get for this laptop, or what size plug-in will fit, and have been searching since the day I got it until I just got too stressed. If anybody knows, I would be forever grateful if they could tell me the charger that belongs with this laptop so I can buy it promptly.
Thank you!

Hi:
Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook.
http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c03575298
The charger and power cord part numbers you need can be found in chapter 3 on page 22.
HP Smart AC adapter (65-W RC V) HP Part # 693711-001
Power cord (3-pin, black, 1.83-m) for use in North America HP Part # 490371-001
You can find them in used but tested and working condition on eBay.
Find the cheapest genuine HP power adapter and cord you can. I would not buy an aftermarket charger.
