My PC, Elitebook 820 G3, has an issue which I don't know how to resolve. The battery charging indicator when plugged comes on then after few seconds it goes off but I can on my system and it's telling me "0%, plugged in" for over few hours now. Then when the charger is removed it then goes off. Please can I know the issue ??

Hi @Vick_21
If the battery is probably damaged, run a test, power up the device, press the F2 key several times, select the battery and see if the test passes or gives a failure ID.
