My computer battery is healthy, and it works fine, but my charger charges the computer very slowly. I tried using a different hp charger, but it charged just as slowly. Any suggestions?

Hi, thank you again for your response. I tried the power reset, which did not seem to work, so now I'm trying to update the BIOS. Is there anything needed to do after that? Thanks again

HP Recommended

no, update the BIOS and then test the charge

It is using an original HP charger, and has the necessary watts.
