Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Am charging a new hp laptop while off but the charging indicator is in solid white. Does this mean the laptop came fully charged? Isn't it orange indicator mean it's charging?

Normally

 

When AC power is connected:

● White: The battery charge is greater than 90 percent

● Amber: The battery charge is from 0 to 90 percent.

● Off: The battery is not charging.

 

In your case: it is full or nearly full (over 90%).
