Product: hp 255 G7
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hello everyone! I'm having a hard time trying to tell if my laptop is original or not.I ordered it online from an e-shop here in greece.I tried to check its warranty on Hp warranty check and when i put the product number it says that its not a valid one,but the serial number seems to be ok. Anyone has any idea what's going on? If you do, plesase let me know,thanks!

Sorry, but we here have no way of validating the authenticity of HP products for customers.

 

You need to contact HP Customer Support and discuss this with them to see what they recommend, they might tell you to return the laptop to the seller.
