I reviewed your post and I understand that you are getting an error when you start the computer.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
I recommend you update the BIOS on the computer from the below link and check if it helps.

In case you are unable to boot to Windows then follow the steps in the below article to recover the BIOS.
