Hello, I have updated bios to last available version from the support site and fresh reinstall of Windows 10 64-bit. My laptop doesn't install the video drivers properly. Screen goes off during installation and doesnt come back. I have to restore the OS again. I believe reinstalling chipset drivers might fix it. But i couldn't find the chipset driver for AMD A10 apu. Could someone share the chipset driver?
Model: HP envy m6 k010dx

Hi:
You have to get the chipset drivers directly from AMD. Select the W10 x64 chipset driver from the list. It's down a few items.

I have last available version of bios and installing the last version of graphics drivers from hp support site.

You're very welcome.
Unfortunately, I don't know what to do about that problem.
Did you try the driver directly from AMD? 2nd one on the list.

Yes I did try that. Same screen goes off during video driver installation and never turns on back. Currently I have the microsoft display adapter for display in device manager. The issue for me is hdmi doesn't work with Microsoft's driver.

Have you tried manually installing the driver so as not to have the control software?
Use 7-Zip to extract the AMD driver into its folder.
After 7-Zip extracts the exe file into its folder, go to the device manager, click on the Microsoft Basic Display Adapter.
Click on the driver tab. Click on Update Driver.
Select the Browse my computer for driver software option and browse to the driver folder 7-zip created.
Make sure the Include Subfolders box is checked and see if the driver installs correctly that way.
If not, reinstall W8.1 and see if the graphics works.
The graphics part of the APU may be failing.
If it works that would rule out a hardware issue.
