Good day Comunity
My problem is similar to the Avast/windows "choose your keyboard boot cycle". The diference is that after selecting my keyboard I only get two options:
*Troubleshoot
*Turn off
I read that there was a problem with avast and windows 10, and ther are several methods to solve it which I tried without any luck.
The things I did before this were to unistall some programs, and a boot time Avast scan.
I have tried all the hardware troubleshooting and everything is ok.
Is there any fix for this?

Sounds like you will need Recovery Media. If you didn't make yours it can be ordered from HP:
http://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/ww-phone-assist.html
Or, if you prefer free option- your Windows 10 license key is embedded in BIOS and you can reinstall Windows without HP Recovery Media. Microsoft provides the free Media Creation Tool to download files and create a Windows 10 usb flash drive.Advantage is you will have latest updated version of Windows 10. At least 8gb flash drive required:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
Select Download tool now, and select Run.
If you agree to the license terms, select Accept.
On the What do you want to do? page, select Create installation media for another PC, and then select Next.
Select the language, edition, and architecture (64-bit) for Windows 10.
The Guide here shows the steps.Pay attention to Step 5 since you will be using another pc:
https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/2376-create-bootable-usb-flash-drive-install-windows-10-a.html
-------------------------------
When the flash drive is prepared insert it in a usb port. Power on the laptop and immediately start tapping Esc key. From the menu tap F9 key and use the arrow keys to move to and select usb. Tap Enter key.
When installing and you go through first few screens- choose Custom and select each partition and delete each (if you have more than one).Install on the unallocated space left from that process.Continue with installation. It should pickup the key from BIOS but if it asks at any point just choose "I don't have a key". It will continue and should activate once you are online.

Thank you for the answer.
The OS was corrupt, what I did was to back up my data ( take out the hard drive from my pc and using an usb adapter backed up the data to another computer)
Next I format the drive and reinstall windows. used the hp assistant to reinstall all drivers, ood thing is that many software I use hasd a cloud license so no important programs were lost.
HP should be more carefull with updates and compatibility. I also used to have a problem where the pc wouldn´t shut down correctly, or fingerprint scanner, touchscreen, incompatibilties etc. I am an engineer so I have some experience solving this problems but I dont se how common users could deal with all this stuff. Think twice before buying an hp product for long term use (more than 3 years).
