Product: HP Chromebook x360 - 14c-ca0053dx
Operating System: Chrome OS

So to sum it up I have a Hp chromebook 14c x360 and I’ve had it for about two years and after the warranty expired it’s now giving me issues. My laptop crashed and said that the chrome OS is missing or damaged. I did research and figured out I can use the utility recovery process and fix it myself with a USB drive which I have and it was working but now find myself having to use the recovery utility USB over and over. This is ridiculous at this point and I keep losing my files each time making this even more frustrating! HELP PLEASE! This is my son’s school laptop and it’s unusable at this point.
