Help! All of a sudden my chromebook x360 screen went black. I restated and am getting error messages saying Chrome OS is missing or damaged. I can't reset my chromebook. I just bought this 2 months ago and need it for school. Any suggestions?

- Step 1: Remove external devices
- Step 2: Perform a hard reset
- Step 3: Perform a system recovery
