Product: HP Chromebook x360 - 14c-ca0053dx
Operating System: Chrome OS

Attempted to recover chrome os via recovery extension. However, the Chromebook continued to give me the message "Chrome OS is missing or damaged" after installation of media device. Any suggestions is appreciated

You can possibly give it to your computer manufacture (basically HP) they could help you get it fix
