Hi. My daughter's chromebook which she uses for college work has started to display an error message chrome os is missing or damaged. I have tried everything possible to fix the issue to no avail. So i contacted hp who then stated the product is out of warranty which i find strange as the product is less then a year old, i was then asked if i would consider sending it in for a repair so i agreed as my daughter needs it back asap. When the lady told me the price i was absolutely shocked, £403 for the repair. The product itself didn't even cost the that. Any help would be grateful. Thanks
