Product: chromebook 11 v025wm
Operating System: Chrome OS

Where can I create a recovery USB. I tried using the tool but it didn't have this model of chromebook.

Nevermind. I was using the chromebook's actual model number "11 v025wm". Apparently there is another model number  required and it is at the bottom of the "Chrome OS is missing or damaged" screen.
