Product: HP Chromebook - 11a-nb0000na
Operating System: Chrome OS

My HP chromebook 11a na0000nb won't power uo. I replaced the battery. It charges up and is now fully charged. When I press the power button, the whole screen flashes every second 25 times then goes black. I wan't to see if it will boot up from a USB. Please note that the screen is black so any solutions that require on-screen prompts before I plug in the USB obviously will not be appropriate. Thanks for reading ,my problem.
